Аннотация

Воспалительные заболевания кишечника (Inflammatory Bowel Disease, IBD) представляют собой группу хронических заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) со сложной этиологией и патогенезом. Эти заболевания характеризуются широким спектром симптомов, которые почти всегда включают воспалительный и болевой синдромы. В последнее время появляется все больше сведений о значении каналов временного рецепторного потенциала (TRP-каналов) при заболеваниях ЖКТ. Предполагается, что развитие гипералгезии и нейрогенного воспаления может быть обусловлено, в том числе, активностью анкириновых (TRPA1) и ванилоидных (TRPV1) ионных каналов, расположенных, преимущественно, на капсаицин-чувствительных нейронах. TRPV1 и TRPA1 являются полимодальными ноцицепторами, играющими важную роль в процессах нормального функционирования кишки и реализации ее защитных механизмов. Установлено, что TRPA1, экспрессируемый внутренними сенсорными нейронами энтеральной нервной системы (intrinsic enteric nervous system, ENS) толстой кишки, кишечными эпителиальными клетками, участвующими в воспалительных реакциях, и иммунными клетками, активируется рядом эндогенных провоспалительных молекул, что делает этот рецептор важной регуляторной структурой при воспалении, острой и хронической боли. Однако на сегодняшний день нет четкого понимания влияния активации TRPA1 на развитие висцеральной гиперчувствительности и их роли в нейроиммунных взаимодействиях при IBD. На рассмотрение данной проблемы и направлен настоящий обзор.
