Влияние персональной результативности партнеров на интегральные результаты когнитивной деятельности пар с разными стратегиями сотрудничества

Аннотация

Выявление прогностических факторов эффективности командной интеллектуальной деятельности является актуальной проблемой социальной психофизиологии. Цель исследования — проанализировать закономерности влияния персональной успешности участников на интегральные результаты совместной когнитивной деятельности в диадах с разными стратегиями кооперации. Обследованы 52 пары мужчин и 50 пар женщин (средний возраст 19 лет 7 мес ± 3 мес). В качестве модели когнитивной деятельности испытуемым предъявляли задание «Установление закономерностей», в котором нужно выявить соответствие местоположения цифр в числах сочетанию букв в эталонных словах, представленных в строках. Тест выполнялся в трех социальных условиях: индивидуальных, соревновательных и кооперативных с возможностью вербального общения. Анализировали показатели результативности участников в индивидуальном и соревновательном контекстах деятельности и интегрального результата пар в условиях сотрудничества, который рассматривали в качестве зависимой переменной линейной регрессии. Были определены независимые факторы из числа показателей индивидуальной и соревновательной результативности участников, квалифицированных как лучшие и худшие в диадах, а также их внутридиадические разницы. Корреляционно-регрессионный анализ проводили отдельно по парам с разными стратегиями кооперации: совместной (партнеры вместе решали все строки задания) и раздельной (самостоятельное решение участниками части строк). Обнаружено, что интегральные результаты пар при кооперации были выше персональной результативности участников и положительно коррелировали с ними, но отрицательно — с внутридиадическими разницами ошибочности на индивидуальном и соревновательном этапах деятельности. Регрессионный анализ показал, что интегральные результаты пар с совместной стратегией кооперации детерминированы результативностью лучших участников диад, а у пар с раздельной стратегией кооперации — результативностью худших участников и разницей ошибочности испытуемых в парах при соревновании. Выявленные закономерности свидетельствуют о ведущей роли в достижении командных результатов когнитивной деятельности факторов индивидуальной компетентности и соотношений ошибочности участников пар в зависимости от выбранной стратегии кооперации.
