Динамика 15 показателей вариабельности сердечного ритма элитного лыжника-гонщика в процессе семимесячного периода детренированности

Аннотация

Регистрация вариабельности сердечного ритма (ВСР) в условиях клиностаза выявила, что у элитного лыжника К. Д. по прошествии семи месяцев с момента вынужденного полного прекращения всех тренировочных нагрузок медианы 10 показателей (из 15) клино-ВСР (TP, АМHF, HF%, АМVLF, АМLF, RRNN, pNN50%, RMSSD, SDNN и MxDMn) статистически значимо снижаются до уровня, характерного для неспортсменов, а медианы трех показателей (VLF%, ЧСС, SI) возрастают, и лишь медианы двух показателей (LF%, АМLF/АМHF) не меняются. За этот же период 11 показателей орто-ВСР снижаются до уровня, характерного для неспортсменов (ТР, АМHF, HF%, АМVLF, VLF%, АМLF, RRNN, pNN50%, RMSSD, SDNN и MxDMn), а медианы четырех показателей (LF%, АМLF/ АМHF, ЧСС и SI) возрастают. Для изменения показателей клино- и орто-ВСР характерна гетерохрония. Первые статистически значимые изменения медиан показателей ВСР наблюдаются уже спустя месяц после прекращения тренировочных нагрузок, и они усиливаются постепенно, достигая плато через два-пять месяцев. Прекращение тренировочных нагрузок сопровождалось снижением активности симпатического отдела (СО) автономной нервной системы (АНС), и особенно снижением активности парасимпатического отдела (ПО) АНС, в том числе, вероятно, снижением синтеза ненейронального ацетилхолина (НН-АХ), наличие которого, однако, даже после семи месяцев прекращения тренировок еще имеется у К. Д., хотя его уровень существенно снижен. Итак, если на становление спортивной брадикардии, как общеизвестно, требуются многолетние тренировочные нагрузки аэробного характера, то для ее регресса достаточен сравнительно короткий промежуток времени, судя по данным элитного лыжника К. Д., — не более семи месяцев при полном отсутствии тренировок на выносливость.
