Возможные механизмы взаимозависимой обработки разномодальной сенсорной и пространственной информации в ЦНС

Проведен анализ возможных механизмов влияния разномодальной сенсорной информации на активность «клеток места» и формирование ассоциаций «запах — объект — место» в гиппокампе, а также роль гиппокампальной формации в появлении «клеток места» в разных областях коры. Использованы известные данные о том, что кроме потоков информации «что» и «где», поступающих в гиппокамп соответственно через латеральную и медиальную части энторинальной коры, на активность гиппокампа влияют различные области коры через таламические ядра — передние, реуниенс и медиодорзальное. Анализируемая нейронная сеть, обеспечивающая взаимозависимую обработку разномодальной сенсорной и пространственной информации, включающая топографически связанные области коры, гиппокампальной формации, базальных ганглиев, мозжечка, таламических и других подкорковых ядер, представляет собой всеобъемлющий коннектом. Этот коннектом состоит из топографически организованных коннектомов, в каждом из которых происходит обработка свойств сенсорных стимулов определенной модальности. Предположено, что длительные дофамин-зависимые пластические изменения эффективности синаптической передачи между нейронами в коннектоме могут лежать в основе динамических перестроек в активности «клеток места» в гиппокампальной формации и в коре, обеспечивая адекватную пространственную навигацию с учетом разнообразного сенсорного окружения. Следствия предлагаемого механизма согласуются с известными из литературы результатами экспериментальных исследований.
